1. INTRODUCTION
The I-STRIVE MARKET PLACE (U) LIMITED referral program (herein after referred to as the "the program") shall run until the 31st December 2029 (the program period).
By participating in this program, you release I-STRIVE MARKET PLACE (U) LIMITED ("the company") and hold it harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions relating to this program including without limitation, personal injuries, death, damage to property and claims based in publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Individuals
Individual participants are expected to have the following requirements:
- All participants must be over the age of 18 years;
- Have a smart phone;
- Phone number registered on mobile money; and
- Valid and working Email account.
2.2 Registered Companies and Businesses
Registered entities in any of the categories below shall be considered:
- Sole proprietorships, partnerships, companies, clubs, NGOs, Churches, charities; and
- Existing businesses such as restaurants, hotels, spas, retail shops, and online businesses.
3. REFERRAL PROGRAM
The referral program offers UGX 5,000 commission for every UGX 25,000 in sales generated through your unique QR Code.
4. QR CODE USAGE
Your QR Code provides a 20% discount at authorized locations. Misuse or unauthorized reproduction of QR codes is strictly prohibited.
5. COMMISSION PAYMENTS
Commissions are paid out according to our payment schedule. Minimum withdrawal amounts and payment terms apply.
6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any misuse or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.
7. MODIFICATIONS
iStrive Marketplace reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the referral system is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.
9. TERMINATION
The company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. DISPUTES
Any disputes arising out of or related to this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
